Job Responsibilities

Assist the Management to Develop and maintain personal Data Protection Policies/ procedures in line with relevant laws and regulations
Assist the Management to drive LB Finance PLC's Data Protection Program for compliance with local Personal Data Protection regulations and coordinate with all stakeholders
Support the Management to Introduce appropriate process and technical organizational measures to protect and prevent unauthorized or unlawful access of personal data
Assist the Management to Conduct Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs) to identify how process/system changes affects LBF's privacy and security systems. Identify potential risks, and ensure that controls are in place
Conduct periodic compliance checks to monitor compliance with data protection policies and identify areas for improvement
